Belay Exchange Program

Do you love introducing people to climbing and helping them discover what makes the sport so special? Are you looking for a way to get involved with the gym and spend more time with the Rockhead’s community? 

From time to time, we need a little extra help belaying for large group bookings. The programs run for two to three hours and may include corporate team-building events, birthday parties, camp groups, and more. 

In exchange for your strong brake hand and an encouraging attitude, you’ll receive day passes that you can use for yourself or share with a guest. Already a member? Don’t worry - once you’ve saved up a few passes, you can exchange them for a free month membership. Training will be provided.


1 Regular Belay Shift = 2 Passes
1 Birthday Party Shift = 3 Passes
5 day passes = 1 free month membership
